An enjoyable evening with the exceptional chefs Katja Baum and Helena Gouveia, winner and finalist from the Sat.1 show "The Taste" – entirely in the spirit of visionary, creative female power. Musical support comes from the soul band Nite Club Duo.

In 2026, the StrandGut Resort is once again a proud part of the Schleswig-Holstein Gourmet Festival, where trendsetting guest chefs ensure culinary highlights in authentic restaurants and hotels.

On February 12 and 13, 2026, we welcome two inspiring guest chefs, who will provide true taste experiences with creativity, passion, and personality: Katja Baum (winner of the Sat.1 TV show "The Taste" 2024, food stylist, and creative visionary) and Helena Gouveia (Hamburg's exceptional chef, finalist on "The Taste" 2015 and awarded with her "Flottbeker Schmiede" by the Michelin Guide with the "Bib Gourmand"). Those who know the events at the StrandGut Resort will expect an evening full of highlights. Just like last time with star chef Nelson Müller & Band, we invite you to an evening of excellence – once again with well-known TV chefs, again with a 5-course menu, and again with outstanding live music, this time from the soul band Nite Club Duo.
Contests, talks, and entertainment are also waiting for you.

The theme of the evening is "From Spoon to Menu" – relaxed, unconventional, and typically StrandGut. We start entirely in the spirit of the Sat.1 cooking show "The Taste." In the TV show, participants must impress a prominent jury with just one spoon – taste is the only criterion, without the jury seeing the chefs beforehand. The signature spoons of our guest chefs Katja and Helena will be your first course and an absolute highlight – moderated by the charming singer Sandy Edwards. The next courses, however, will be served on plates – promised.

Our two guest chefs represent modern enjoyment that goes far beyond classic culinary clichés.
